We at Zyla Fashion work hard to provide our customers with the latest fashion at impeccable quality and amazing prices. If you did not like the fit, colour or design simply return/exchange the product within 15 days of delivered the product.

- Please mention your order number in the subject line to help us quickly process your returns/exchanges.

- Returns/exchange request need to be within 7 days of the delivery of product.

- Fill the returns form for easy processing of refunds.

- All returned items must be unused and unwashed for hygiene reasons, and returned with original packaging and tags in place. Items without tags will not be accepted.

- Shipping Charges and Taxes shall be non-refundable.

- Please ensure that the returned merchandize is unused, unworn, unwashed, undamaged and is in a saleable condition.

- Any returned item received by us that does not meet the above mentioned conditions will not be accepted, and will be returned to the customer at their expense. No amount will be reimbursed in this case.

- Please make sure that the returned items are packed securely to prevent any loss or damage during transit. For all self-shipped returns, please use a reliable courier service.

- In the case of returns, banks normally take 7-10 business days to process a refund once it has been initiated from our end.

In case of the following scenarios you are liable to get a refund of money.

- We have shipped a wrong product that is not matching with your order.

- There is a manufacturing defect in the product ordered by you.
Any intimate product including Lingeries, Sleepwear, Accessories, Beauty products are non returnable and non refundable. Also, for any non returnable/non refundable product the same will be mentioned in the product details page.
Zyla Fashion doesn't facilitate reverse pickup of your product therefore we encourage you to return your product within 7 days of registering the complaint on the below mentioned address.
